Erik left Uppsala University with a Bachelor of Science and Economics in Marketing. After 10 years on the client side Erik was assigned Marketing Director at Posten AB (the Royal Swedish Mail). From there, he joined F&B in 1999, starting out as an Account Director, and became a partner in 2001. Since he was appointed CEO in 2003, the F&B-business has more than doubled. Besides being CEO, Erik is still working directly with clients. Today he is involved in Volvo Cars and Tele2. Erik is married, with two teenagers.
