Zoë Church is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Engine Group, a position in which she is responsible for growing the group’s global offering, with a particular focus on expanding the client roster. Zoë brings to the role a strong expertise in integration and she knows how to create momentum by focusing on the client's needs, building the right team, championing great creative solutions and, no small feat, keeping it all moving forward and on track.
Zoë came to Engine Group after a long stint with Y&R where she was the Global Client Development Director. Zoë joined Y&R in Australia in 2002 and worked for the agency in North America, England, and Russia, leading teams to a number of high profile new business wins, including Bank of America, Chantix/Champix, Revlon, Special Olympics, and several large projects for Microsoft.

As CEO of Engine Group USA, Rick is responsible for overseeing the North American offices of our businesses including Deep Focus, Partners Andrews Aldridge, Moment Studio, Synergy, and ORC International.
Rick also serves as the CEO of Trailer Park, Engine's 550+ employee, Hollywood-headquartered, content marketing and production agency. Under his leadership, the agency continues to break new ground for a diverse portfolio of blue chip clients including Apple, Disney, Fiat/Chrysler, Microsoft, and Warner Bros.
Prior to joining Engine Group, Rick spent the majority of his career running and building integrated marketing communication agencies, including Young & Rubicam, SoCal and BrandBuzz NY.
Terry Graunke has been Executive Chairman of Engine Group since 2014. In this position, he has worked tirelessly to champion Engine’s growth, facilitating the international expansion of individual agencies, the acquisition of new businesses, and the increased collaboration across teams. Under his day-to-day leadership, Engine Group has transformed into a global leader in integrated marketing communication services, partnering business intelligence and strategy with content creation, production and distribution.

Jonathan is the Chief Strategy Officer of Engine Group, New York, and the Chief Strategy Officer of Deep Focus, U.S., a position in which he oversees an integrated strategy department that includes the Intelligence Group, Analytics, Brand, Digital and Social Strategy experts.
During his 20-year career, Jonathan has held varied and increasingly senior strategy leadership roles in advertising, media, and market research agencies, including President of Strategy and Innovation at ICF Olson/PulsePoint Group, Senior Brand Strategy Director at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and Group Planning Director, SVP at BBDO.
Robin has been working in the industry for almost 50 years, yet his enthusiasm has never been greater. After working as a copywriter for a number of agencies, including Collett Dickenson Pearce, Robin co-founded Wight Collins Rutherford Scott in 1979. WCRS grew to become one of the most influential agencies in the UK advertising industry, with Robin helping to create iconic campaigns for brands like Carling Black Label, Orange and BMW. In 2004, Robin was part of the management team that led the management buyout of Havas, creating Engine.
