As CTO of Engine Media, Dominic is responsible for building and scaling the network’s media offering across multiple communications channels. This includes data management, analytics, planning, forecasting and media execution globally for the company’s Fortune 500 clients. Based in Silicon Valley, Dominic and his engineering team are experts in the ad tech space and bring innovative and impactful solutions to Engine Media clients.
An entrepreneur, Dominic most recently was the technology and engineering architect that built a multi-screen video advertising platform focused on mobile, which was acquired by Engine Group. He brings to Engine Media his expertise in building large-scale engineering and network operations teams who are able to operate high-scale, real-time internet sites and big-data systems. He has vast experience in online display, mobile, video and social advertising, and expertise in software development, quality assurance, network operations, reporting and analytics. Dominic has built datacenters around the globe and developed and operated a site with 1MM queries (hits)/second with millisecond response, real-time reporting and a big data system (10PB). In addition, he has been granted nine patents, with many more filed.
Prior to Clearstream, Dominic was the SVP of Engineering and Product at Turn, where he oversaw a team of 100 onshore and 200 offshore engineers. He was one of the early employees credited with building out the successful business and technology in charge of all aspects of software development, network operations, product and business strategy.
Dominic received his MA in Statistics from Yale. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is an avid traveler.
Jason Bier is Chief Privacy Officer at Engine Group, and EVP & General Counsel of Engine Media, the network’s global media services operating unit. In his capacity as Chief Privacy Officer, Jason manages Engine Group’s global privacy initiatives and its data protection compliance program. His duties include maintaining privacy best practices, coordinating internal policy reviews, developing a Privacy by Design approach to product and system development, and negotiating agreements pertaining to data protection and privacy. Jason also manages external industry trade relations and legislative matters relating to digital media.
Jason has spent fifteen years as an attorney in the field of consumer privacy, and the last seven years leading industry self-regulation for Interest Based Advertising as a Director on the Board of the Network Advertising Initiative, and the Principles & Communications Advisory Committee of the Digital Advertising Alliance. He received the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s 2013 Service Excellence Award for his work protecting consumer privacy.
Jason is Founder & President of the Federation for Internet Alerts (FIA), of which Engine Group is a Partner. FIA distributes dynamic AMBER Alerts and weather warnings geographically through the Internet, and serves as a primary Alert Hub leveraging online advertising technology to provide last mile access to alerts during disasters. FIA has been awarded by the 4A’s, The Webby Awards, and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for its work saving lives.
Before joining Engine Group, Jason served as General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer of Dotomi, Chief Privacy Officer of Conversant (formerly ValueClick), and partner in the law firm Bier & Gutstein. Jason is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Pace University School of Law.
As CBO of Engine Media, Pete is responsible for both the commercial and operational success of the networks global media offering. This includes developing and implementing the strategic plans and operational processes to ensure Engine Media is delivering against its promise to create differentiated client value through a combination of incredible talent, proprietary technology and unique market positioning.
A three-time successful entrepreneur, Pete has founded or co-founded businesses in the accounting, energy, and marketing verticals. His approach to building businesses centers on building high performing, humane cultures focused on disrupting stagnant markets.
Most recently Pete founded and led Balihoo from startup to the leading marketing automation provider in the local marketing space. Balihoo was acquired by Engine in 2016. Prior to Balihoo Pete was the founder of Enerx, an enterprise software company focused on providing Trading and Risk Management solutions to the energy industry. Enerx was acquired by KW International in 2001 and the combined entity was subsequently acquired by Sunguard. Prior to Enerx he was also the co-founder of Red Celsius, an early provider of Activity Based Accounting solutions to the Energy and Financial Services industries.
Pete also serves as the Chairman of the Board of GoodWell, a Public Benefit Corporation he founded late in 2015, which focuses on bringing humanity to businesses around the world. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Global Shapers Boise, which is an arm of the World Economic Forum focused on developing future leaders
Lizzy is the architect of our purpose-built teams, closely collaborating with leadership across Engine Media and The Engine Group. Before joining us, Lizzy was leading large, successful teams with specialisms in programmatic, paid social, mobile, video, display media, and ad tech.
Lizzy served as Head of Media for Mediahub New York, a division of the Mullen Lowe Group, preceding her arrival Engine Media. In this role she was responsible for digital media planning and buying across key global and US clients such as Western Union, T. Marzetti brands and CFA Institute. Lizzy also led and participated in new business efforts. Two key successes include the first win for Mediahub after transitioning from a US-based agency to a global media network, as well as the first full service global new business acquisition across six markets for Lowe Profero in 2014.
Prior to Mediahub, Lizzy was a Digital Media Director at MediaCom, overseeing digital media planning for Audi of America. In this role she led transformative and award winning national digital campaigns—the first media campaign with direct vehicle sales reporting and attribution. She also partnered closely with AKQA on the redesign of Audiusa.com, building the first digital media campaign with dynamic display ads powered by advanced 1st and 3rd party data. Within regional dealer groups, she increased digital media investment 45% year on year, proving out the success of digital media to key stakeholders. Prior to MediaCom, Lizzy worked at Zenith Media as an integrated media planner on Nestle brands.
Lizzy began her career at Neo@Ogilvy, working on Lenovo and Career Education Corporation. It was during this time that she fell in love with combining best-in-class data, technology and creative to build custom media solutions for clients. She lives in Manhattan in Chelsea and spends her weekends in Washington, D.C.
As the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Engine Media, Reggie is responsible for building the client roster and creating partnerships for the media agency, working directly with marketers. His primary duties include leading top-line revenue growth for the media agency, including Engine Media’s marketing software services.
Reggie has spent the last 18 years in business development and sales leadership roles for some of the most widely known and respected names in the media business, including Google and The Wall Street Journal. He’s successfully built, led and grown high-performance sales and marketing teams who’ve created innovative solutions for hundreds of F500 B2C and B2B marketers while generating over $1.5B in revenue.
Before joining Engine Media he served as Chief Revenue Officer at InStadium where he led the creation of a location-based mobile advertising platform in and around sports arenas targeting the “super-influencer,” live-sports-fan audience. The integrated mobile and in-stadium video platform provided a targeted, innovative, multi-screen experience for marketers Samsung, Discover, Garmin and many others.
Immediately prior he led a team in the largest and fastest-growing business vertical at Google. As Head of Industry for the financial services practice he worked closely with the largest category advertisers in the US, including Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Scottrade, and others. His mission at Google was to help marketers build their brands online across the Google products ecosystem. During this time he led the creation and adoption of the first-ever YouTube live-streaming sponsorship of the Coachella Music Festival (by State Farm), partnered with Google product managers to create insurance quotes in dynamic search results and led the development of product sales and adoption methodologies to accelerate revenue growth.
Before Google he was the Vice President of Multimedia Sales for the global Wall Street Journal franchise and the leader of his 42-person team. By closely collaborating with a wide variety of F500 marketers like AT&T, Oracle, Bank of America, Intel and others, he created innovative strategies that drove the largest-ever revenue commitments to the WSJ Digital Network, and $90MM+ in multi-year, franchise-level commitments across four brands. He also served as a member of FOX1, News Corp.’s integrated leadership team.
He is a former board member of the Business Marketing Association and advisor to the Executives Club of Chicago. He serves on the board of two privately held companies in Chicago, is a founding member of the Associate Board of LEARN Charter School in Chicago and current volunteer.
As CEO of Engine Media Group, Lisa is leading the creation of a tech-enabled, data-driven, modern media offering which can redefine the potential for media services today and for the future.
Before joining Engine Group, Lisa served as President of Global Digital, Data & Analytics, at Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) where she was instrumental in pioneering new ways to leverage online, mobile, social and search, as well as the data those media generate. She served as the digital guide for some of the biggest marketers in the world, including Coca-Cola, P&G and Kraft, and, in doing so, helped these brands and others create a whole new category of consumer experiences.
