Magnus Blair is JOAN's Chief Strategy Officer. He joins us from a stint on the client side of the table as Head of Brand & Campaign Planning for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading the from-scratch, at-scale strategic development of a new brand for a "$58BN start-up" upon its separation from HP. Prior to HPE, he lead strategy on Dove and IBM's "Smarter Planet" campaign at Ogilvy and Mather. He is raring to get working on a broader spectrum of strategic challenges and brand development, in line with prior working lives at agencies like Anomaly, Fallon and the UK's AMV.BBDO.
Magnus has accumulated 25 Effie and and 2 IPA Effectiveness awards over the years, and is very proud that many of the campaigns involved have also won creative recognition, including several at Cannes.

Lisa Clunie is the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Joan. Prior to co-founding Joan, Lisa was the Chief Operating Officer for Refinery29, the fastest growing digital media company for millennial women in the world. In this capacity, Lisa focused on revenue growth through deeper brand partnerships and drove quality, speed, efficiency and effectiveness for monthly content on every major platform. She helped guide the launch of the influencer network Here and Now, and audience development through highly focused content and distribution strategies which included a full Snapchat operation, state of the art analytics and testing labs, and new product development.
Prior to Refinery29, Lisa held executive and leadership roles at Ogilvy and Mather, Saatchi and Saatchi, BBH NY and Fallon. Over her career, Lisa led strategy and partnerships for Harley-Davidson, Unilever, Time Magazine, Pepsico, Brown Forman, Sunbeam, and Charter Communications. She is a four time Effie award winner, two-time mother and one-time wife.
Dan Lucey is the Executive Creative Director at Joan Creative. Throughout his career, which included high-profile positions at BBDO, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Saatchi NY, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen, he created well-known campaigns for Guinness, Foot Locker, Priceline, Google and Comcast. His work for these brands has won many significant awards at Cannes, The One Show, Clios, D&AD, The Andys, AICP, LIA, and the Art Directors Club. Along the way, Dan has been recognized for his numerous creative successes including the Guinness film, “Wheelchair Basketball,” which was named USA Today Ad Meter’s “ #1 Spot of the Year,” one of Forbes’ “Most Unforgettable Ads of 2013,” one of TED's “10 Ads Worth Spreading,” and was honored by the Christopher Reeves Foundation. His “Talking Stain” campaign for Tide was also named one of the best Super Bowl commercials of all-time by Forbes. Dan was named to Ad Age’s “40 Under 40” list and Business Insider’s “Most Creative People in Advertising Right Now.”

Daniel spent over 15 years at Publicis and WPP where he held various roles leading production teams and building out content studios within agencies and brands. Most recently Daniel was consulting with global brands to build in-house content studios. He has a unique combination of experience in content production (studio and agency) and business (account and finance).
Daniel is a creatively focused problem solver who knows production and how to get work created in our current environment. He’s also a business leader who thrives on mentoring, collaborating and building business solutions.

Jaime Robinson is the co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Joan.
Prior to Joan, Jaime served as co-Executive Creative Director of Wieden+Kennedy’s New York office, helping shape work for clients like Delta Air Lines, Brown-Forman’s Southern Comfort, Clinique, Equinox and Sprite.
Back in San Francisco, Robinson helped build Pereira & O’Dell, where she held the title of VP, Executive Creative Director. While at Pereira & O’Dell, Jaime led creative development for headlining campaigns, such as Intel/Toshiba’s “The Beauty Inside” (which won an entertainment Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach” along with three Cannes Lions Grand Prix in Film, Cyber and Branded Content), and helped create multi-award-winning work for LEGO, Skype, Mattel and Airbnb.
Jaime’s approach to creativity and marketing earned her a spot on Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business” and Ad Age’s “40 Under 40”. In 2014, she served as Jury President for Mobile at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
