Andrew graduated as an art director in Kyiv. He worked as a copywriter first, but then as a director and also as a screenwriter, and as an actor sometimes, and as a video editor too, and even sound-design, sometimes also a DJ, sometimes as an artist. Comprehensively underdeveloped personality.
Graduated from Kyiv Academy of Media Arts. Worked as a motion designer. She participated in creating a Black Friday campaign for Mega Sport, as well as a campaign for the "Slava Ukraini" fund with the support of the Ukrainian government.
Andrii is partially responsible for branding the premier expo center in Ukraine, VDNG. His work on VDNG with Banda earned him the Red Dot Best of the Best Award. He is also known for his own design bureau 111Room, where he created projects for the Odessa International Film Festival, the IT Business Center and more.
Masha worked with Ukrainian brands in retail, financial, FMCG, and other markets. She developed the strategy for the Khortytsia island — part of the Ukrainian President's cultural program. This project won Bronze at the Epica Awards.
With seven years of marketing experience, Sergey moved agency-side when he came to Bickerstaff. Previously, he held the position of CMO in the Ukrainian company Indposhiv and the American company HomeAlliance. With us, he developed the strategy for the Khortytsia Island campaign — part of the Ukrainian President's Cultural Program. This project won Bronze at the Epica Awards.
Illia’s works netted over 50 awards from international creative festivals, including the London International Festival, Cannes Young Lions, Red Dot, Epica and 23 Effie.
He penned the rebrandings of Khortytsia Island, wine & grocery store Goodwine, popcorn maker Pumpidup and many more. Some of his projects received a Red Dot Award, a prestigious European Design Award, among other international accolades. Additionally, his poster series for BadBoy Spirits made it to the Museum of American Posters at the New York Poster House.
Marina took part in brand development for the Ukrainian National Art Museum (NAMU), clothing brand Asthik, popcorn maker Pumpidup, and created the best name for a clothing rebrand (according to us): Yes God Yes. Like that wasn’t enough, Marina’s vanity shelf hosts a Red Dot, Epica Awards and numerous Effies.
Viktoria won the Cannes Young Lions Design Award in 2021. Plus, as a part of the Bickerstaff team, Vika has already left her mark by earning a Golden Drum, Epica Award and London International Award.
