Managing Director

16 Years' Agency Leadership Experience. A career championing breakthrough work across client sectors, international borders, marketing & communication channels. Helping make Agencies Succeed. Creativity Thrive. Talent Achieve. Culture Prevail. Brands Sell. What matters most to me is working with people who value people, partnerships, creativity and effective integrated work - within an open, honest, supportive and fun environment - as much as I do. Before Joining Isobel, I have been Managing Director of Arnold KLP since its founding in late 2010, as the largest office in the Arnold Worldwide network outside the US. Prior to this, I worked within the Havas network for 12 years and was Managing Director of Euro RSCG KLP for nine of them.;Bringing one of Europe’s longest-standing and most successful BTL brands together with one of the world’s most progressive and creatively awarded agencies (the Arnold micro-network) has been a fantastic, ever-evolving challenge. An agency that produces iconic advertising for Jack Daniel’s, is Tesco’s lead Instore Creative & UK Shopper Marketing agency, and proudly created the agency’s most awarded-campaign in history ‘Transform Your Patch’ for Britvic / PepsiCo – is an agency that’s of integration, not about it – and that’s why gets Hugh out of bed.

Colin Lamberton

Colin Lamberton

At the insistence of his copywriter, Seyoan Vela, Colin reluctantly gave up van driving for a job at Lowe Howard-Spink, and was lucky enough to work on clients like Smirnoff, Heineken and Vauxhall.

After seeing the fantastic Chiat/Day London offices, the pair moved to work on First Direct, The Observer and The Bodyshop. In 1995, they became founder members of St. Luke's, and had a lot of fun putting Eric Cantona on the Eurostar, making shorts films for Radio One, using Gremlins to improve Adult Literacy and generally enjoying the Nathan Barley-style madness of it all. After nine years they opted for a different kind of madness at Euro RSCG London, as CDs on Evian, LG, Uniqlo and Co-op. In 2007 they started their own company, Ether, to explore alternative advertising methods, and after working with Grey on successful Toshiba and Fortis pitches, moved to Amsterdam as ECDs.

In his spare time Colin enjoys boring people about typography, playing video games, and writing about himself in the third person.
