About American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA)
The only award competition of the AAAA, the O'Toole Awards honors creative work of member agencies produced during a calendar year. Members only receive a Call for Entries in mid-to-late November with an entry deadline set for late January-early February of the following year. Final judging takes place in late March-early April, and awards are presented at the AAAA Management Conference, usually held in April or May. Winners receive a brass four-sided "A" pyramid.
Submissions can be from television, radio, print, or outdoor advertising produced during the previous calendar year. There are additional categories for multicultural advertising and public service advertising.
