ADCE was created in 1990 by a group of professional design and advertising associations from around Europe. Today it is still owned and managed by its members, and its mission remains the same: to foster and reward excellence and to showcase European creativity as a whole.
We do that by representing the best of European advertising and design in an increasingly globalised market. The ADCE helps us speak European by enabling us to value Europe's diverse cultures, simultaneously favouring and benefiting national clubs around Europe.
Recognised as an authoritative voice internationally, ADCE promotes European creativity to the world and brings creatives together in Europe and beyond through its annual awards, events, programmes and publications.
The ADCE Awards is the only event in the world to bring together the best of European award-winning work under one competition. Once submitted, the work is judged by a panel of over 50 top creatives, a wonderful opportunity for European professionals from advertising, graphic design, editorial, illustration, film, new media and photography to come together and highlight their country's creativity. The entries are then showcased in the ADCE Awards Annual, providing a unique and impressive archive of the very best of European creativity.
