Sad houses start smiling again

Duval Guillaume Modem is at the origin of a strange phenomenon: a real crying house. It created curiosity, interest and press coverage in Antwerp and all around Belgium. A few days later, the house was transformed with a facelift and it started smiling. In fact, it was renovated with AXA’s renovation loan giving hope to Belgian houses that need a new look :-)
