Y&R Dubai has been asked to raise awareness about the Al Noor Training Centre which helps disabled people to find their place in the society, with a budget almost equal to 0. The agency has thus find an ingenious way to communicate in transforming the globally recognized handicap sign with a wheelchair into a “professional”: cook, basket-ball player… It was a positive and effective way to show that disabled people have potentials in re-using existing supports everywhere in the street or public spaces
