Cesar graduated from Madrid Complutense University in Economics and Tourism. After participating in several seminars in Business Administration and Management in USA (UCLA and YALE) he started working as a consultant.
In 1989 he joined Programas de Consulta, and worked for the WTO involved in UN Development Program. He also worked to develop the National Parks of the Canary Islands.
In 1991, he decided to move to Ballester Consultants in Paris where he started working with french advertising agencies in consulting projects and total quality improvement.
He returned to Spain in 1993 where he started working in Grupo Consultores (now SCOPEN) where he developed the Research Department of the company. He became responsible for the AGENCY SCOPE, MEDIA SCOPE, SALARY SCOPE, TREND SCORE, DIGITAL SCOPE, PRODUCTION SCOPE and PR SCOPE across more than 20 markets.
SCOPEN is currently the leading consulting firm specialized in the communications industry with a deep research base. The company provides services to advertisers, agencies and the media.
Since 2009 he has been the President and CEO of the company and he is responsible for the international expansion of the Group. He has developed projects in many countries, and SCOPEN now has offices in Spain, Portugal, UK, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, China, India, Singapore and South Africa.
César is the only non-marketer member of the Directors Council in the Spanish Advertisers Association (aea), Secretary of the Spanish Effectiveness Awards and member of the Jury in other Industry Awards and Festivals. He is an active speaker and teaches in different Universities and Master Degrees.
When not working he likes to travel and learn about History and Tribal Art.
Kika is passionate about the communication & marketing industry where she landed by chance 18 years ago. She considers herself fortunate to develop her daily work on it.
Kika studied law in Madrid and she began to work in Paris in the world of investment banking at SG Warburg. Her stage in the financial sector has been an interesting learning about international markets and global economies.
On her return to Spain, she worked in production and in creative agencies, with both national and international clients. In 2001 she joined SCOPEN (before Grupo Consultores), managing the Consulting area and one year later, she became partner of the company.
Since then, she has positioned the company together with her business partner, as one of the leading players in the analysis and knowledge of the creative economy in Spain and in the 11 additional markets where the Company operates.
Kika collaborates in her daily work with national and international brands, offering advice on the company and brands strategy in different areas, from the selection of their business partners, to compensation models, redefinition of structures and investments.
She is a frequent speaker on the sector trends in Spain, Brazil, Mexico and Portugal, and has chaired and moderated debates of the industry, such as Microsoft Future event, MMA (Mobile Marketing Association), Omnicom, Mindshare and Havas annual events, among others. She has also been member of the jury of various advertising festivals and events, like AEMI or Premios Genio.
She is married and has four children. She has a positive, vital and creative spirit. What she likes most is to travel with her family.

Degree in Psychology (specialty in Social Psychology) and graduate in Consumer and Social Behaviour and Market Research (Santiago de Compostela University), Óscar also has a Master in Marketing and Commercial Management in ESIC, Business School (Madrid). He began his career in IPSOS Research Institute in 2003, where he specialized in the IT and Consumer sectors. In 2007, he was leading important international accounts in TNS Institute (WPP). At this point Óscar is researching the use of research tools to carry out various projects and studies with a clear orientation towards innovation and the development of new products.

I began my career in Barcelona as head of the office of the of the british multinational TACK Training International, as a consultant specialized in business development and marketing communications.
Joined Grupo Consultores in 2002, I was incorporated into the area of strategic consulting for agencies, developing programs to increase business value, identifying opportunities for growth, providing research and analysis of both new developments in the domestic and international markets.
In 2007 I was promoted to be GC Consultancy Manager from where I started to work for the three pillars of the industry: Advertisers, Agencies and Media.
During the last 8 years I have had the opportunity to help blue chip advertisers like McDonald’s, Kayak, BBVA, SEAT, BMW-Mini, AXA or IKEA to find their best companion in communications.
