Seema’s 20 years’ work experience ranges from integrated communications to discipline specific- Above and Below-the-line Advertising, Digital, CRM, Shopper Marketing. A graduate of the State University of New York, Dave started his career in Agency Account Management with roles at Ogilvy, MRM and other agencies. It was his move to digital agency R/GA in 2005 where his career truly blossomed. Martha is R3’s Business Development and Marketing representative based in Europe, bringing with her knowledge developed as a graduate at Accenture in the Marketing department into Business Development. She worked as an Account Manager in a boutique consultancy which focused heavily on lead generation for creative, digital and communications based agencies. Applying her keen interest in brands and business strategy, introducing an Amsterdam-based digital agency in to the UK market and furthering London-based content agency’s hold in the UK connecting them with some of the biggest brand names. She moved client-side thereafter where she shaped the pipeline and identity of a content specialist which has become a prominent player in the agency scene.
Mia joined R3 in 2018 and is a Marketing Executive with our North America team. Sarah is a Senior Consultant at R3, with over 12 years of brand and agency marketing experience. Prior to R3, she led Global Consumer Engagement for Skincare at Estée Lauder, Global Advertising at MAC Cosmetics and held media positions at agencies, including Havas, Publicis and Deep Focus. She specializes in media, branding, and content strategy, and has an acuity for research and analytics. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, and rides horses for fun.
Rohit joined R3 in 2019 as an Associate Consultant. Prior to joining R3, he worked in an investment/accountability role for multiple agencies, managing the delivery of global cost commitments across key global clients such as Ferrero, Nestlé, and Volvo. Ed serves as a Senior Consultant for R3 and BTR Consulting Managing Partner. Ed joined R3 in 2017 from Cortex, where he developed and managed the firm’s Financial Media Audit practice. Prior to that, he worked at Reckitt Benckiser where he was the Head of Internal Audit for the Americas. He also worked at Ernst & Young for more than 10 years in the Business Risk Management services practice offering various services to clients around the world including, operational and financial audits, forensic reviews and special projects including media audits.

Her experience working with both agencies, brands and media provides Sarah with a holistic overview of the changing communications ecosystem and its impact on stakeholders at every level. Unknown to many, Sarah has a background in digital development and publishing and a co-founder of a startup that designs food travel experiences.
