About Dare.Win

A fully-independent creative agency, Dare.Win has grown from modest roots to become the leading entertainment agency in Europe, choosing to focus exclusively on entertainment brands. This fast-growing company builds innovative and engaging brand strategies and experiences for clients such as Spotify, Ubisoft, YouTube, Red Bull, MTV, Blizzard, AMC networks and NBC Universal. Wale puts a substantial amount of Dare.Win’s success down to the business’ winning formula: a mix of a start-up, a comms agency and an entertainment studio. Indeed, the opening of a Berlin branch of Dare.Win validates this recipe for success! After producing over 300 campaigns and winning multiple international awards (Cannes Lions, Shorty Awards, FWA, Eurobest, Cristal), Dare.Win is now gearing up to set up office number three in NYC in the very near future.

Dare.Win Communications Agency presents Dare.Win Residency

After the launch of its incubator in 2016, Dare.Win has created an international ‘creative in residence’ scheme at its Paris offices: Dare.Win Residency. This place of multicultural exchanges and creation with talents from around the world encourages inspiration and Dare.Win’s international development.

Back in 2016, Dare.Win began incubating Livebotter, a startup which develops messenger chatbots. A two way arrangement, this also enabled the agency to propose such services to a number of its clients, including ARTE and SFR.

This year, the renowned Parisian entertainment agency is proud to present their latest scheme: ‘Dare.Win Residency’. The idea is very simple: to turn Dare.Win’s offices into a hub of international cultural exchange for creatives (be that freelancers, creatives, entreprenors, or even directors…)

Dare.Win is therefore inviting talents of the world to come and stay for a period of 4 to 8 weeks or even all year in the French capital in order to boost further this creative environment.

The first ‘artist in residence’ to participate in the Dare.Win Residency scheme is the Australian planner Julian Cole, who has now been with Dare.Win for almost a week. Julian Cole, former Head of Communications Planning at BBDO NY and prior to that BBH New York, is also the founder of the Planning Dirty Newsletter.

Julian recently left New York to start a trip around the world. He has come to Paris to write his online strategic planning course for Planning Dirty from the comfort of Dare.Win’s open space!

Julian Cole is our first participant in Dare.Win residency:

“I am excited to be working from the Dare.Win offices, selling innovative creative work is something I am passionate about and Dare.Win have a record of doing that in Europe. So I am looking forward to learning about their magic while working here.”

Julian will be holding a masterclass on the 6th of February at 9am at Dare.Win Paris, to which anyone is welcome to attend (to RSVP please send an email to : residency@darewin.fr, places are limited).
