Aurélie Deleye rejoint Romance en qualité de Head of New Business

Après avoir travaillé à Londres chez TBWA et Leo Burnett, à New York chez Johannes Leonardo, puis Ogilvy One, Groupe Publicis/Marcel et plus récemment le Studio H5, Aurélie Deleye rejoint Romance au poste de Directrice associée pour diriger le développement de l'agence en France et à l'international. Cette création de poste intervient après les gains notamment d'Intermarché et d'Atol en 2017. 

A 38 ans, Aurélie Deleye mobilisera et animera les talents de l'agence, du groupe et du réseau pour accélérer la croissance de Romance qui compte déjà 50 collaborateurs pour 10 millions de chiffre d'affaires.

"Nous avons la chance aujourd'hui de travailler pour des marques leaders Avec Aurélie, nous voulons gagner les grands clients de demain pour bâtir une agence qui continue d'attirer les talents" confie Christophe Lichtenstein.
