They show key differences between 1968 and 2018. The various executions use model building, screen printing, photocopying, many different styles of typography, 3D design, vector design and even programming to make each ad a unique piece of art.

TBWA\Chiat\Day New York Bolsters Creative Leadership, Appointing New Head of Design Robyn Makinson

TBWA\Chiat\Day New York today announced the appointment of Robyn Makinson as the agency’s new Head of Design. 

 

Previously Senior Designer, Makinson’s new role will see her tasked with ensuring design continues to elevate client work across the agency’s roster.

 

Reporting into Chief Creative Officer Chris Beresford-Hill, Robyn will play a critical role in shaping disruptive, business-building creative products, ensuring unconventional design thinking is at every step across clients’ customer journeys.

 

Hailing from England, Makinson has fostered her passions for typography and bold, colorful design at both Ogilvy and TBWA offices in Paris and New York respectively.

 

Makinson notes, “I’m excited to help grow the design practice and the team I’ve worked alongside the past two years. I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve created to date and we want to keep this momentum going. Something only made possible by continuing to foster a strong, collaborative bond between the team and creative.”
