Innocean USA Appoints Steven Nishimura as First Chief Digital Officer

In a breakthrough role, this senior leader will create and optimize technology solutions

Award-winning independent full-service advertising agency INNOCEAN USA is proud to announce that Steven Nishimura has joined the agency as its first Chief Digital Officer. In this breakthrough role, he joins INNOCEAN most recently from Saatchi & Saatchi, where he managed the Toyota digital business. 

As a boomerang hire, Nishimura was focused on the digital and CRM side for both Hyundai and Genesis. INNOCEAN is happy to welcome Nishimura back to the team. With 20 years of digital experience, Nishimura has worked on a variety of brands across automotive, financial services, telecom, CPG, and spirits. Some key clients include Hyundai/Genesis, Lexus/Toyota, Nissan/Infiniti, Discover Card, HTC, Clorox, Stoli and Kahlua.

Nishimura will oversee digital operations for INNOCEAN, leading a future-oriented expansion of the team’s digital capabilities, optimizing innovative technology solutions for processes, marketing channels and customer experience while providing a cohesive and effective digital strategy.

Nishimura’s oversight will include website development, increasing web traffic, SEO market metrics, creative analytics, CRM and innovation. As the Chief Digital Officer Steve will be demonstrating his proven track record of using technology to improve client’s business performance for INNOCEAN clients.
