Agency Bolsters Leadership Team Amid Period of Rapid Growth
Del Credle joins full-service creative agency Laundry Service today as Head of Strategy & Media, reporting to agency head Jordan Fox. He joins the team from three years as Head of Strategy for IW Group Inc. in Los Angeles, as part of a strategic planning career spanning 20+ years. His role spans across brand, social, digital and media strategy, enabling a holistic perspective on consumer ecosystems and experiences.
Credle will oversee strategy and paid media teams across all clients, based out of the agency’s Los Angeles office. As Laundry Service is part of global brand marketing and talent management agency Wasserman, Credle will also be a key functional stakeholder to its industry-leading Insights and Analytics practice, amplifying partnerships and alignment in-market.

Across this body of work, Credle leverages the power of storytelling to achieve impact from brand launches to immersive experiences. He has led brand strategy and teams at agencies including BBDO, McCann, Ogilvy, and Publicis, with work extending across brands including: Adidas, Disney, Lexus, HP, Honda, McDonald’s, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Pfizer, Guinness, Heineken, Johnson & Johnson, Mercedes-Benz, and others. In his role at IW Group, he was a part of the leadership team and helped spur the agency to its most profitable year in its entire 30-year history. Credle lent his strategic thinking to McDonald's award-winning BTS Famous Orders campaign this past summer, and also played a vital role in the rebranding of Lexus and their first-ever launch of an all-electric vehicle.
In his early career, he was propelled towards advertising during work at the New York Stock Exchange, and later took time out from advertising for a few years to teach elementary school. Outside the office, Credle enjoys CrossFit, roller coasters, cold brew, and spends weekends volunteering at a local bingo hall with senior citizens.
