| Brief | Orava is a tiny region in the north of Slovakia. It is famous for classical Slovak tourism attractions such as folk art or cheese products. But there is one more element that makes the region absolutely special. Oravka train - one of the slowest-moving trains in Slovakia. We desiced to promote Orava in a somewhat unconventional way and created Faster than a Train. A unique event with simple rules: to hop on bicycle and set off from the starting station and arrive atthe final stop before the train does. The ingenious idea as well as the growing phenomenon of cycling immediately sparked huge interest. |
