BriefEvery fish has its own story. It starts with unique local water, where it was cultivated or caught. The local water, environment and the work of our fishermen and fishfarmers give the taste of our fish’s authentic character. But these stories are usually invisible for consumers. That's why we encouraged them by opening the book of: the most delicious stories of our waters.We chose 3 most common types of fish to tell their stories. In order to achieve that, a skilled chef filleted them and meticulously arranged the fillets into open books. Once we were satisfied with every single tasty detail in each arrangement, the photos were taken. Not a sliver of meat was wasted and no fishy CGI was used in the process.
