New Business Manager – UK & Europe, Central London / Work from Home - £28-£37k dependent on experience plus generous commission

This global innovation and research agency develop brands and experiences. They have offices in London, New York, Dayton, Frankfurt, Shanghai and Singapore. They’re growing quickly and are now looking for a New Business Manager to help them grow their pipeline of opportunities across the UK & Europe.

This New Business Manager will report to the Business Development Director and work closely with the UK Managing Director and Global Marketing Director. This New Business Manager will be an integral part of the development and execution of new business and marketing plans in the UK and Europe.

This New Business Manager’s responsibilities will include:

• Produce compelling, tailored and relevant outbound outreach communications – using email, the phone and social media to develop relationships and secure meetings and opportunities with target clients.

• Take ownership of the UK & Europe lead generation strategy – and give direct feedback to the marketing team on the content you need to be able to better engage potential clients.

• Take ownership of the entire opportunity pipeline – including consultant generated ops. You will be responsible for making sure no opportunity gets forgotten or side-lined by client work – and reporting back to the business on the progress of opportunities weekly.

• Stay on top of what’s happening in the wider market, identifying potential client challenges and opportunities.

• Quickly follow up all our marketing campaign activity with tailored communications designed to unlock opportunities for the business.

• Support the marketing team in managing our event programme – focusing in particular on event follow-ups as a way to close new meetings and opportunities.

This New Business Manager will have:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (new business agency or in-house at a similar brand, strategy or insight agency).

• A strong track record of delivering new business opportunities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
