Research Manager (Innovation), Central London – Up to £50k DOE plus benefits

This innovation agency really get people. By looking at issues of growth through multiple lenses, they anticipate what consumers cannot articulate or have not yet imagined. They harness this thinking into powerful, step change ideas that delight consumers and sideline competitors. They need a Research Manager to help take them to the next level.

This Research Manager would join an agency working in four key areas: innovation strategy, experience design, foresight/trends and business transformation.

The role of Research Manager sits within the agency’s consultancy team reporting to their Associate Director. The role’s primary functions are across research & analysis, reporting & project management, account & business development and team & business building.

This Research Manager will preferably have experience in both B2B and B2C markets along with a variety of qualitative methodologies (ethnographies, in depth interviews, codevelopment labs/ cocreation) under their belt.

We’re looking for the following in this Research Manager:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working within qualitative research
• Demonstrable alignment with the agency’s values: curiosity, clarity, audacity and grit
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a project
• A proactive, can-do attitude
