Supporting our brands and partners, the Brand Studio provides best-in-class design, writing, strategy, program management to engage with, and provide value to, these professionals communities across all our platforms.

Responsibilities

The Brand Studio is seeking a designer to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial team of designers, strategists, writers, and program managers. This individual will take on a diverse range of design challenges and execute them in a busy and fast-paced environment. Representative projects include: interactive storytelling, email newsletter design, animation, data infographics, events and marketing collaterals.

In this role, you will work closely with various members of the brand studio, events, marketing, editorial teams and other team members as needed, to create sophisticated and engaging visuals for use across media including custom integrated programs for brands like Refinitiv, IBM and ADP. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who will engage our audiences with innovative ideas and experiential design.

Required qualifications:

  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of designers, video producers, and other content creators, to use design and critical thinking skills to generate ideas and shape customer experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch
  • Knowledge of web animation, CSS, HTML, JavaScript or other programming skills are an asset
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive/adaptive design, user experience & accessibility, as well as traditional prepress and production
  • Translate a variety of data into clear and engaging visual presentations that bring the data to life and provide insights to our audience
  • Able to create illustrations that express an idea or concept
  • Collaborative, teamwork-oriented and deadline-focused
  • 3-5 years of experience in a designer role

Recommended qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, a plus
  • Familiarity or knowledge in any or all of the following subject areas: technology, financial services, wealth management, employee benefits
  • Specific experience in any or all of the following competencies: native advertising, content marketing, animation
