f1 Recruitment is partnering with a leading, award winning Independent full service, creative PR and comms agency to recruit a newly created Digital Lead. The Agency clients are across Consumer, Lifestyle, Food & Drink, Tech etc.
Your remit will be to strategically plan digital/social programmes for brands - including earned, paid, shared and owned. Owning the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid social campaigns, from initial brief to implementation to channel planning and optimisation.
Being constantly innovative, recommending creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and tech.
Organised and driven, you will be an experienced Digital Marketing professional and be ideally coming from a similar Agency or potentially client side (Publisher based roles). Having a background of strong platform/channel knowledge across Facebook Business Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Excellent analytical skills are a requirement, with the ability to analyse large data sets, formulas and pivot tables - with a good working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics.
Depending on your level, you will be reporting direct to the Senior Leadership Team.
