Calling on years of client-facing experience (often as the most senior representative of the agency), this role takes the lead in driving customer experience and operational excellence across key accounts.
You’ll define customer excellence and take that to your global clients. Using your vast experience and know-how, you’ll bring clients’ plans and marketing objectives to life on time, on budget and to the exceptional standards they’ve come to expect from our client.
Customer satisfaction and value rest on your shoulders, but you have a wealth of agency talent to call upon to make sure campaigns are delivered with consistently high quality. You’ll lead with operational excellence when implementing and delivering complex marketing campaigns, taking ultimate responsibility for overall management and profitability of your accounts.
Salary between €65k and €80k depending on experience. Plus, a decent benefits package.
