The agency

Our client is a Digital Marketing agency for B2B, SaaS, technology & IT companies. They were recently named in the 'Top 100 UK B2B Marketing Agencies'.
From strategy to execution they are experts in building market presence, turn the right strangers into leads, and enable you to close more deals in a digital-first world using combination of content marketing, SEO, automation, paid media and market understanding.
We are now looking for a digitally focused Senior Account Manager to join their growing team to deliver game-changing digital sales and marketing strategies for an exciting array of customers
  
The role

The successful candidate will lead, manage and grow the team both personally and professionally. You will ensure that customers are happy, engaged and the services delivered are of high quality, cost effective and match customer expectations. 
You will have an overview of what is happening across all customer accounts. You’ll take an active role in directing their strategy and managing the people responsible for delivery and execution. You will own the customer delivery process managing it from beginning to end and constantly striving to improve the way it works. 
The Senior Account Manager will manage, maintain and nurture customers relationships with the aim of maintaining and growing revenue.
  
Responsibilities and skills

  • 3+ years of agency experience in client servicing and/or account management.
  • Experience managing and getting the best from people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, detailed and an ability to break down strategies into tactical steps 
  • Experience and expertise in digital marketing
  • Experience in inbound marketing and sales process.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, based on trust, with people inside and outside of the business.
  • Self-confidence and belief, the ability to present and solve problems
  • Leadership and management skills backed by the ability to hold people to account
  • An optimistic view, an attitude that is solution rather than problem focused

In return for your knowledge and experience as a Senior Account Manager our client offers a salary in range of £35-42k
