We are working with a great creatively led, integrated agency who are on the lookout for a Resource / Traffic Coordinator on a permanent, full time basis. They produce amazing work for some very high profile clients and offer a vivacious working environment in incredible offices (although are currently working from home 100%). They have a bubbly / outgoing team and this is an opportunity to make a big difference to the creative department and wider agency as you grow and develop in the role.

This role is at a Junior level and the agency are happy to offer training on the job, and develop the successful applicant as you learn their systems and processes. The Resource / Traffic Coordinator will work closely with the Account and Project managers who will be requesting specific creative resource against their projects. You’ll be responsible for the administration of allocating the right people to live work, upcoming and pitch projects on their system as well as the paperwork to book in freelance resource. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the creative dept and design team in booking them in on projects and managing their workflow. The Resource / Traffic Coordinator will also be involved in resource and managerial meetings and will have visibility of all ongoing and future projects and the resource that is required for each on a weekly basis. Once bedded into the role you would be expected to add value by suggesting where creatives / designers may have capacity to help on different projects where they have become available at short notice. This agency likes people who use initiative and take on responsibility and are looking for someone who will want to own resourcing and the administration and mapping of work so that the best possible creative can be produced.

This role would see you being the main point of contact for resource for Account and Project Management teams and book all resource against all projects that flow through the agency. Project scopes and timeframes can change sometimes dramatically and at short notice meaning that multiple projects can require the same resource within the same timeframe, or creatives are suddenly available to help on other projects. Therefore you will need to be very proactive and resilient to a fast moving and high pressure working environment and take satisfaction in trying to ensure the department runs as efficiently as possible. The agency works collaboratively to ensure that all work can be produced on time and to the highest possible creative standard and this role is central to ensuing the smooth running of projects through the agency.

Good communication and the ability build strong working relationships is massively important in the role as you will work with a wide range of people at the agency. You will assist the Creative Directors with some PA / admin duties, so will need to be a super organised person with lots of attention to detail / conscientiousness. The agency will also look for a calmness under pressure in this person and a generally positive, outgoing and helpful disposition is also a must!

The Resource / Traffic Manager will need to be well organised, able to multi-task, a good negotiator and calm under pressure. Any previous relatable experience in studio administration / resource management / trafficking / creative services management is a plus or commercial / intern experience in a creative / agency environment.
