CRM marketing specialist needed for exciting role with one of the UK's leading universities.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the CRM Manager you will:
- support the development, delivery and reporting on CRM campaigns to drive student recruitment targets using high quality targeted communications
- be first port of call and provide administrative and operational support for all CRM users
- ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance
- be responsible for updating data marketing lists to be used for broadcast
· support all areas of the university responsible for data capture and ensure that prospect and applicant data is updated within the CRM system
· be responsible for creation and broadcast of multi-channel marketing communications, predominantly through email and SMS
· maintain the email image library

YOU

The successful CRM Officer:
- strong track record of supporting and implementing CRM activity and knowledge of key CRM and data management principles. They use MS Dynamics but they are happy to see candidates with experience of any CRM product
- experience of the technical admin side of CRM (data manipulation, de-duplication, building/updating data marketing lists, great with spreadsheets)
· experience of using broadcast email/SMS systems
· experience of managing and manipulating large sets of data using Excel
- proven ability of analysis and reporting of campaigns - experience of producing marketing reports
- great stakeholder management skills - ability to show non-CRM colleagues how to get the most from the system
- solid understanding of GDPR compliance
- experience of producing marketing copy and supporting messages to different audiences
