A Senior Digital Product Manager / Digital Product Owner to contribute to a pivotal digital transformation programme.

Digital Product Manager/Digital Product Owner - Up to £120,000 - London


As the Digital Product Manager / Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high digital capability across a leading international property group, enabling a strong customer experience to support the requirements of its growing global business.


As a key part of the leadership team you will be required to support customer research, and work with key stakeholders across Knight Frank's business to deliver the digital vision. You will also work with other teams to deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience, bringing new ideas and experience to the table to link our digital and non-digital service lines.

The role will have a strong business background as well as technical knowledge to be able to engage effectively with other teams, and have the understanding of the needs of the technical teams.


Business Management:
Facilitate the delivery of a digital strategy, vision and roadmap to help the business achieve its goals and objectives, according to a shared view of digital priorities.

Delivery Management:
Act as the "keeper (and communicator) of the vision" to translate the digital strategy business stakeholders.


Skills and Experience:

Five to seven years (or more) of relevant experience in digital and business/industry.

Three or more years in diverse roles and increasing responsibilities across business and IT.

Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.

Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline.

Familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery.

More than three years working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams (preferred).

More than three years working with design professionals, within a design thinking process, including as an assistant in the user experience design process (preferred).
