What's the opportunity?

There is a lot to be said for spending the early years of your career in a big, well-known agency. The training is incredible, you get to work on blue chip brands and you have an agency on your CV which will be recognised around the world.

The Great & The Good are currently working with a London agency to fill a role just like this.

As an Account Executive, you will be joining a collaborative team led by a supportive Client Partner. The role will be working on one of the agency's flagship consumer accounts with a focus on sophisticated personalised communications across loads of different touchpoints - digital, social, email, apps, in-store, etc.

The client therefore trusts the agency to identify the most effective way to get their messages across to consumers and expects the team to come up with new ideas.

Who would be best suited?

You will probably have already spent time in a marketing agency (as an Account Executive or Junior Project Manager) and will have shown your ability to oversee a few projects at once.

You'll need to be adaptable and able to work with a fast-paced client who needs to react quickly to their market.

Most importantly, you will have shown that you can keep calm under pressure and love nothing more than a happy client.
