We aren’t looking for a typical Account Director. This person needs to be a real leader and a strategic thinker and consultant to their clients. And we don’t just mean leading people. You will take the lead on one of this agency’s flagship accounts and will be expected to develop this YoY. And it’s a fantastically creative client with budget to play with!
You will have a passion for creativity and content and understand the importance this plays when trying to do things differently in an off the shelf market.
You will be someone that people will respect because you aren’t a bark orders type of person. You will remember what it’s like to look after the up and coming talent and nurture them as they will ultimately be the ones that make your life easier.
You will have an integrated or digital background with solid experience within B2B and IT/Tech.
You will be a voice in the room, someone people will look up to because you are knowledgeable and your team will trust you.
