Job description


Supports Local and National Account Executives and Sales Management to attain departmental goals and provide high quality sales service internally and to WDAF customers and partners in a professional manner.

  • Input and maintenance of Local, National, and Digital orders.
  • Directly supporting Local and National Account Executives with all client maintenance needs.
  • Responsibility for contract processingand invoicing clients.
  • General office responsibilities, including monitoring sales management phone lines, and main station line.
  • Assisting in thepreparation of multi-platform Sales presentations.
  • Maintenance and update of Sales calendar.
  • Interacting with other departments internally at the station and with other Business Units.
  • Backup support for other Sales Assistants when required, may include TV and Digital traffic and reporting

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook.

Possess outstanding organizational and communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines on a continual basis.

Ability to multitask and have a positive attitude required with the ability to work well in a team environment, in addition to communicating well with internal and external clients over the telephone.

Flexibility with work schedule is desired but not required.

Knowledge of Wide Orbit traffic system preferred but not required.
