Maddie Raedts is Founding Partner & Creative Director of IMA. She has been at the forefront of harnessing the power of the international bloggers and digital influencers since 2010, when she played a key role in the development of the fashion inspiration platform Fashiolista.com.
As a Creative Director, Maddie is responsible for advising clients on strategy when working with influencers & talent, while always keeping the match of influencers and aesthetic quality of creative in mind. Throughout her career, she has secured many partnerships and developed concepts for leading brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Samsung, TomTom and Farfetch. Maddie was featured on Forbes’ 2017 30under30 Europe: Media list, alongside fellow IMA co-founder Emilie Tabor.

Emilie Tabor is Founding Partner and Strategic Director of IMA where she leads a young, international team who are responsible for the way brands work with influencers across the globe.
Throughout her career, she has secured many partnerships with leading brands including NIVEA, Tommy Hilfiger, Unilever, Chupa Chups, Estée Lauder and Timex Group. In her role as Strategic Director, she inspires partners and clients on a daily basis with her infallible knowledge of digital trends and infectious energy. Emilie was recently featured on Forbes’ 2017 30 under 30 Europe: Media list, alongside fellow co-founder Maddie Raedts. She was also mentioned in The Drum 2017 ‘50 under 30’ list.
