Steve Kehro, Conor Brady, Shane Ginsberg & Marita Scarfi

The entire Organic crew gave a visit to adforum and answered our questions. Marita Scarfi worked her way up from a junior-finance position and is the agency's third CEO since inception. Coming from a background in business consulting and public accounting, she helped architect Organic's initial public offering and sale to Omnicom in 2003. Steve Kehro is currently the SVP of Analytics, Media and Marketing Optimization for Organic, across all of their offices and accounts. Steve’s 20 year career in Marketing includes extensive experience in online and offline media, web development, promotions, product development, marketing strategy, creative, CRM and marketing analytics. Conor Brady deeply passionates about design and has been an Experience Designer/Creative Director for over 15 years. He joined Organic from Razorfish. He came to Organic as a Group Creative Director in 2006 and was promoted to Chief Creative Officer in 2009. Shane Ginsberg is executive director, global business development, for Organic. After beginning his career at Organic in 1994, Ginsberg returned in 2004 as executive director. Based in San Francisco, Ginsberg leads Organic’s new business efforts across the network. Under his direction. Prior to returning to Organic, Ginsberg was managing director of AKQA’s San Francisco headquarters.
