Christopher Kief New Head Of Technology at 360i

Christopher Kief joined 360i as head of technology, reporting to Pierre Lipton, chief creative officer. Kief will oversee the agency's technology department and build out the 360i Innovation Lab that explores and invents new technology and media solutions for the agency and its clients. MEC Taps Chien-Wen as Digital Strategy Director

Chien-Wen joins from fellow WPP shop Possible, where she was the chief marketing officer and strategy director at the digital agency. At MEC Global Solutions she will be responsible for driving digital strategy across the whole of the business and will report to Jeff Hyams, the chief digital officer. Nigel Vaz Promoted to CSO at SapientNitro

Nigel Vaz, SapientNitro's senior vice-president and managing director for Europe, is to take on additional global responsibilities as its chief strategy officer. He will report to Alan Wexler, the chief executive, and work with the leadership team to develop the business based on geography, service offering and industry focus.
Vaz, who has worked at SapientNitro for 15 years, will "play a key leadership role in developing and executing SapientNitro’s global business strategy and identifying market opportunities". Read more at BrandRepublic.

Gyro Hires Jake Dyer as Head of Strategy and Media

Gyro, the business-to-business specialist agency, has hired Jake Dyer as its head of strategy and media for its London office. Reporting into the London managing director, Kate Howe, Dyer will work alongside David Harris, the executive creative director who joined Gyro in June. Most recently working as a business and marketing consultant, Dyer was until September 2014 the managing director/director of strategy and insight at We Are Experience. Doner Hires Marcus Collins As SVP, Exec Director Of Social Engagement

Doner hired Marcus Collins as senior vice president, executive director of social engagement. Collins will lead the agency's social practice and report to Liz Boone, executive vice president, chief marketing officer, Doner. Most recently, Collins was executive director of social engagement at Translation in New York. While there, he developed and led the social engagement practice for the agency. Manir Fadel New Global ECD at J. Walter Thompson

J. Walter Thompson has hired Manir Fadel, the chief creative officer at the São Paulo agency Lew'Lara\TBWA, as its global executive creative director. It is the first time that JWT has appointed a global executive creative director. Fadel will join the agency in its London office this autumn and report to Matt Eastwood, JWT worldwide chief creative officer. At JWT, Fadel’s first responsibility will be to improve the advertising for Unilever’s Sunsilk brand, but he will expand his brief to work with other clients. BFG 9000 Hires Roger Bova as Head of Design
