Commerce agency Advantage Unified Commerce (AUC) has named Jessica Ruscito to a new role, senior vice president, head of media.
Ruscito brings to AUC 20-plus years of marketing and media experience focused on brand strategy, media activation and performance marketing. Throughout her career, Ruscito has built and led award-winning teams spanning brand management, PR, social media, e-commerce and digital marketing.
“Jessica brings the perfect blend of strategic thought leadership and proven operational management to help our clients win across commerce media channels,” says Stephanie Rogers, senior vice president, strategic services for AUC.
Prior to joining AUC, Ruscito served as head of marketing at Dorel Juvenile, executing brand strategy and go-to-market plans across its portfolio of brands, including Safety 1st, Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love and Disney Baby. Previously Ruscito was head of global media at Reebok and director of digital media at CVS.
“The past few years have accelerated the adoption of digital commerce and drastically changed consumer buying behavior,” Ruscito says. “Coupled with the death of cookies and the value of first-party data, the retail media network landscape is changing the marketing channel mix and presenting new opportunities for building a brand. I’m excited to join AUC and work with our clients to navigate this incredibly complex but exciting new frontier.”
