“Goodbye Insurance, Hello InsurAAAnce,” the first campaign by Deloitte Digital’s Heat as AOR for CSAA Insurance Group, builds awareness for the brand’s insurance product and connects with the next-generation of policyholders. 

Deloitte Digital’s Heat found that while many consumers don’t like insurance providers, they love AAA. This led to the creation of InsurAAAnce, a new brand platform that makes it impossible to forget that AAA offers insurance.
