SunEdison, the largest solar energy provider in all of North America, has chosen Grey SF to be its first lead creative agency of record. The San Francisco-based wing of Grey Global Group will handle consumer, corporate, B2B, and digital marketing. According to AgencySpy, Grey SF beat out 4 other unnamed agencies for the position.
The move will see SunEdison spend close to $30 million in advertising this year, after the energy company spent nothing last year. This is not the only move they plan to make, either: reports say that they are still looking for a media agency.
