DDB California named Jon Drawbaugh as head of production, responsible for leading and growing the integrated production unit. Drawbaugh will report to Todd Grantham, chief executive officer of DDB California. Drawbaugh joins DDB from Mullen LA, where he served as senior vice president, director of integrated production. While there, he led all aspects of production from TV spots to digital to experiential; among the highlights were the launch of the Acura TLX and winning the Patron tequila account. Before that, Drawbaugh worked at FCB West and led production for clients including Dockers and SimCity. Prior to FCB West, Drawbaugh worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as a producer on Chevrolet, Sprint, Hewlett-Packard, Dickies, Comcast, Cheetos, Denny's, eBay, Starbucks, Subway, Kayak.com and AIDES. "Jon's tremendous background in integrated production comes at a perfect time as the agency grows and reshapes its creative product in line with opportunities from existing and new clients alike," said Grantham.
