Lezlie Grossman joined JWT Toronto as executive vice president, managing director.

Rosetta, Publicis Groupe's consumer engagement agency, promoted Tammy Soares to managing partner, up from partner. In her new role, Soares will work alongside managing partner Grant McDougall in the oversight and management of the Technology and Telecommunications Industry Group.
