Payment service provider, Ogone appoints Karma Communications group to drive business across Europe

Ogone, the Brussels-based international online payment service provider has appointed London agency group Karma Communications, including agencies Karmarama and Grape, as their first lead integrated partner after a six month competitive pitch process.

The group will be working with Ogone, through the line, to help bring its payment service offering to new businesses across Europe primarily. The account, worth over £5m, will include launching Ogone’s first CRM programme, visual identity update, web design and consultancy, new product launches, customer insight and data analysis. Grape is leading the social marketing activity globally for Ogone. The new responsive website designed and built by Karmarama is live at http://www.ogone.com/.

World-leading POS payment solution provider Ingenico has recently acquired Ogone, who specialise in online and mobile payments. As a result the company will now be able to offer their customers and the market multichannel payment solutions via one provider.
