eROI, a full-service digital marketing agency with 110 creative employees, announced today two key promotions. The promotions are part of the company’s strategy to support its growth and ongoing commitment to deliver innovative solutions for its partners. The company promoted Keely McKay, former VP of Partner Services, to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and promoted Isaac Lee Morris, former Director of Technology, to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).
As President and COO, McKay will propel eROI’s transformative growth and redefine the agency’s model. She’s charged with leading eROI’s future forward vision while overseeing the agency’s day to day operations and managing its senior leadership team. McKay joined eROI seven years ago as an account manager and in a few short years became a driving strategic force behind the cultivation of deep client relationships with brands including Adobe, Taco Bell and one of the world’s largest athletic footwear and apparel companies. She established a new agency partnership model and drove 44 percent year over year growth. A pillar of the company’s culture and client base, McKay was integral in building the company from a team of 15 to the team that exists today.
“At eROI we’ve always prioritized our people and it's enabled us to consistently produce work that exceeds our clients’ expectations,” said McKay. “I believe that balancing the needs of our team members and our clients equally produces better end results for everyone. It’s an honor to take on this role, where I’ll be in a position to support our team and partners in reaching their full potential.”
In his role as CIO, Morris will architect and support an environment of sustainable innovation for clients from idea-stage to execution. He will plan and resource R&D projects and drive processes that will push creative boundaries for eROI’s partners. Additionally, as CIO, Morris will head up eROI’s new innovation lab, The Shed, a breeding ground for the company’s most ambitious ideas. Prior to the promotion, Morris served as eROI’s chief product officer, where he played a critical role in expanding services to key accounts. His prior experience includes launching interactive experiences for brands like Starbucks, Nike, and Amazon.
"At eROI, we believe that clients are asking their agencies to be long-term strategic partners and lead, not follow. That means we must be willing to stand alongside them and make their business goals our own,” said Ryan Buchanan, CEO of eROI. “Keely and Isaac Lee’s contributions are the heart and soul of our company. In their new roles, we as a team will be able to deliver to our partners beyond the expected, and continue to innovate and become indispensable to our clients."
