Stink Group Appoints James Morris as Global Chief Executive Officer

The new role for the company will oversee the entire Stink Group, including Stinkfilms, Stinkdigital and Stinkstudios

Daniel Bergmann, Founder and President of Stink Group announced today a milestone new hire for the company. Effective this week, 2016, former Global Head of Mediacom Beyond Advertising (MBA), James Morris will join as Global CEO of Stink Group. Responsible for overseeing the operations in eight countries, that span from Shanghai to Los Angeles.

On the appointment, Daniel Bergmann says, “our goal is to unify Stink’s overall group strategy, which will allow us to expand on the client work we are already creating across the group that range from agencies to brands to publishers. James will amplify the group’s strategy and creative process in it’s entirety; which is important as brands recognize the essential link between creation and execution.”

Morris has grown MBA to over 800 people in 43 countries—all dedicated to content strategy, creative, production and optimization.

“In today’s changing landscape of advertising, we must utilize the company’s diverse talent for one common goal: to be a full-service creative company” says Bergmann.
Whilst Stink will offer more extensive services in the near future, the heart of the company will continue to be high-quality production. As the company’s ecosystem evolves and recognizes the opportunities to work directly with brands, it will continue to nurture existing relationships as a priority.

Advertising that has won the company a total of 116 Cannes Lions, 94 D&AD, 30 One Show and 1 Bafta - with campaigns such as The Impossible Dream for Honda, Spotify’s Year in Music, Taste Rewind and Found Them First, Carousel for Phillips which was the first online film to win a Grand Prix at Cannes, and Google Inside Abbey Road work. The momentum in the company continues to grow from these outstanding experiences.
