HSI’s London office came into being in January 2006 headed up by Managing Director Nicola Doring. With a host of names from its well-established US roster and a carefully-picked band of UK directors, HSI quickly developed a strong presence on the London scene.
HSI’s varied and prolific output has included work for Stella Artois (Mother), Cadbury (Fallon), Aviva (AMV), Guinness (AMV), Nokia (W&K), Virgin (M&C Saatchi), Coors (VCCP) Sony Playstation (TBWA), Compare the Market (VCCP) Coca Cola (Leo Burnett) and Doritos (AMV) among others. HSI has picked up numerous awards too, perhaps most notably the Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness at Cannes for the multi-platform Walkers Sandwich campaign (AMV).
In recent years HSI have launched three additional divisions. ish, is dedicated to non-traditional content including digital, interactive, viral & branded content projects. F/ish represents HSI's fashion film directors and photographers and the Peck/ish division specialises in Food photographers and directors.
Its Music Video division has become one of the largest in London producing multi award-winning promos for the likes of Oasis, Mark Ronson, Kanye West, Mumford and Sons, Amy Winehouse, Eminem, Kings of Leon, Katy Perry, Robbie Williams, Lady Gaga & Madonna.
HSI has been venturing increasingly into longer-format content, with a string of short films now under its belt (including Diamond Dogs award winning “The Black Hole”) and its first feature film, the Madonna-directed “Filth & Wisdom”.
