Saga Film is one of the largest production companies in Romania, established back 2000 in Bucharest, specialising in the production of TV commercials and movies.

In 18 years of work, Saga Film has put together a young, dynamic and talented in-house production crew. This enables us to ensure a flexible production based on excellent communication between all departments, such as production, scouting, casting, costumes, art, transport and postproduction.

Finding the most suitable crew, searching for the perfect casting or locations, building and dressing impressive sets – in one word producing – demands constant effort from everybody involved in the process. At Saga Film, our experience taught us that a good, relaxed atmosphere makes things even more effective.

The company office is located in the old, historical center part of the city and can be easily reached from the airport within 30 minutes.

The high quality of our portfolio is un-debatable, and our achievements prove this. With more than 70 awards for TV commercials, we take much pride in our feature film accomplishments as well.Furthermore, due to the considerably less expensive local talent and equipment, the entire production cost is significantly lower than Western European and overseas prices. International rental companies opened offices in Bucharest in the last years and professional cameras, lighting, equipment are available all the time at a lower cost through Saga Film.

The infrastructure (big and small sound stages, set construction, props, wardrobe, mock-up/model makers and special effects) is now available here in Bucharest for professional filmmaking.
