Tagline Always reminded to keep SMILE
Story Context:
During the time of COVID-19, Thailand has raised its health protection protocols to align with the guideline announced by the World Health Organization and many rules and restrictions for public gathering are set up for the safety of people. Being concerned about the health of both the event/festival owners and of the event joiners, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) aimed to reassure business travelers and festival goers in Thailand that they can still join the events confidently because of all the measures set up to ensure their health safety and wellbeing by communicating about how to prepare themselves and how to visit an event/festival safely.

Challenge:
There are numbers of serious regulations and guidelines to follow which people might ignore and fail to follow these rules, resulting in jeopardizing themselves and other event goes. B&M’s responsibility is how to support TCEB in communicating these messages to the customers in a friendly and easy-to-remember manner.

Solution:
A short infographic animation of 1.30 minutes length that summarizes and groups lots of regulations into short and precise message. The clip, called “S.M.I.L.E. for Everyone” is created with a non-formal but creditable, enjoyable and positive vibes with a caring message from TCEB. The S.M.I.L.E. is the name of the overall protocols and each letter stands for each of the grouped regulations:

S. - Self Checking & Prevention
M. - Medical Checkpoints
I. - Information Center
L. - Living & Transportation
E. - Embracing Online Technology

With the S.M.I.L.E. protocols, although people may have to wear a mask when joining an event/festival or when socializing with others, they are still always reminded to keep their SMILE.
