Named by Adweek in 2011 as one of the world’s top ten creative minds in digital, Nick Bailey has developed an international reputation as a strategic creative leader having produced countless multi-award winning, digitally driven brand campaigns. Nick joined Isobar in January 2013 and oversees the entire creative output of the agency for clients including Kellogg’s, Pringles, Toyota, Google, LEGO and Sony.;Prior to Isobar, Nick was the Executive Creative Director at AKQA Amsterdam, working on Nike, EA Sports, Heineken, Diageo and Tommy Hilfiger. Nick joined AKQA in 2004 as a creative lead on the Nike Account, where he created some of the brand’s most awarded work including Nike Photo iD, Supersonic and Nike Live. Before AKQA, Bailey worked at LBi on Mercedez Benz, British Telecom and Vodafone.;Nick has collected close to 100 international awards including: a Gold Cannes Lion, Eurobest Grand Prix, Clio Gold, Campaign Big, D&AD Pencil, IAB Grand Prix, LIA Awards and One Show. He was behind the multi-award winning Heineken Star Player, a world-first dual-screen mobile and social football game. Nick is a regular speaker at key industry events and has sat on numerous awards juries.;In July 2013 Nick was promoted to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer. He retains his existing role of Executive Creative Director and continues to lead the creative output of the agency.
