About me
Wouter studied Graphic Design at the Rietveld Art Academy, after he finished his studies in Political Science (at the same time he tried to make it as a rock star, in which he clearly did not succeed).
As a designer he did motion graphic leaders for film festivals and music videos, which got him international acclaim. The promo for Dutch band Coparck even made it to one of the best promos of 2007. According to Spin Magazine (US):“It does in four minutes what most movies can't do in 90” .
In 2008 Wouter’s directing career was launched at Czar, he was featured in Shots magazine as 'New Director’. His work evolved into visually strong- and personal films. He is excited to have joined Bonkers he says, but hey, maybe for us even more so. We like Wouter, and we like his work. Now he is thinking of starting a band again, while we are not sure if he has time for that.
