Summary

I have been called a "change agent", an "iron hammer in a velvet glove" and "the ultimate optimist". I think all of those things ring true but I think they are all necessary to do my job. I lead teams to reinvent and reinvigorate brands to create new growth and consumer love. I have had the pleasure of working with some of advertising's best creative people to unleash some of the most disruptive and game changing brand experiences the marketing world has seen on Pepsi, Gatorade and Dove. I love brands and I love this business because there is always a new and exciting challenge to be seized. Globalization, the changing media landscape and the role technology now plays in the creative process has given brands unprecedented opportunities and I love being at the center to lead that change.

I joined Ogilvy & Mather London in January 2011 to run the Dove brand globally and help put Dove back on the cultural map and return it back to global growth. The brand's business is growing across categories, across geographies and is experiencing unprecedented creative & consumer accolades. In 2012, we created the Dove Facebook Ad Makeover out of London to reignite the Brand's mission to help women around the world feel more beautiful. Ad Makeover reached millions of women globally and won awards at Cannes, One Show, Clios, LIA, Campaign Big and others. This year, we created Dove Real Beauty Sketches with our office in Sao Paulo- it is most viewed online ad ever created. RBS was launched in April and created a global phenomenom with over 165millions views. RBS won the coveted Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes as well as 18 additional lions (10 gold). Dove is a truly global brand and to be able to be able to create positive impact for women around the world is very fulfilling.
