As EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Matthew is responsible for driving growth for the agency. He oversees all aspects of Corporate Strategy, Marketing, PR and Business Development.
Prior to joining MMC, Matthew was Partner and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Code and Theory, driving brand and product growth across all markets and sectors. He also served as EVP, Chief Marketing Officer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler, the New York flagship office of Publicis Worldwide.
During his five and a half years at PKT, he helped win numerous clients, including: Wendy's, Abbott Nutrition, Red Lobster, Honda, NAPA Auto Parts, Edmunds.com and Merck.
Prior to Publicis, Matthew was the SVP, Director of Business Development at Deutsch Inc., where he helped drive new and organic growth through clients such as PNC Bank, Kodak, Anheuser-Busch, Novartis Consumer Health, Olympus and USAA, to name a few.
Earlier on in his career, Matthew worked in Account Management across a number of brands at Deutsch, Mad Dogs & Englishmen, and The Martin Agency.
Whenever possible, Matthew spends his most precious time with his wife and two kids. You may also find him up early running or hacking it up on the tennis court.
