Jean-marc Kuentzmann cumule 17 ans d’expérience en agence conseil en communication, dont plus de 14 ans passés chez Leo Burnett dans les agences de Paris, Londres et Chicago.Il rejoint Change après l’arrivée de Christophe Perruchas, Vice Président en charge de la Création, et l’intégration de l’agence digitale Care pour accompagner la croissance du groupe et le développement de son offre.
Jean-Marc a développé une solide expertise en stratégie de marque et management de marques globales dans de nombreuses catégories, telles que, l’automobile (Groupe Fiat, Jeep, Iveco), la distribution (Intermaché), la santé (Pfizer), les produits de grande consommation (Kellogg’s, Heinz, Pillsbury, Le Gaulois, Petit Navire, Charal) ainsi que le gaming (Sony PlayStation).
Il débute chez TBWA Paris en tant que commercial puis planner stratégique pour Sony PlayStation Europe, Fila Sportswear et a notamment accompagné Lu, Mc Donald’s, McCain et Aides.
Chez Leo Burnett, après avoir conseillé Heinz, Pillsbury, Petit Navire et Le Gaulois, il a accompagné le Groupe Kellogg’s sur les marchés français, européen et nord-américain.En tant que Directeur Général adjoint de Leo Burnett Paris, il a dirigé les équipes en charge des marques enfants et adultes de Kellogg’s France. En tant qu’ Account Director – EMEA, il a coordonné la communication de la marque pour 10 pays.En tant que Senior Vice President – Account Director, il a dirigé la division Frozen Breakfast et accompagné le développement de la marque dans le Veggie Food à l’agence de Chicago.Dga de Leo Burnett Paris, Jean-marc a aussi été responsable de la communication du Groupe Fiat incluant les marques Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler et Iveco. Pour Intermarché, il a chapeauté une structure unique en charge des marques propres, de la communication nationale, locale et publi-promotionnelle de l’enseigne.
Avant de rejoindre Change, Jean-marc était chez Leo Burnett Chicago en charge de la communication des marques de complément alimentaire de Pfizer Consumer Health USA dont Centrum, leader sur le marché mondial des multi vitamines.
